I had been told by one of my girlfriends to get the Super Baby Foods book and thought this one might be complimentary since it was in the catergory and so similar in its advertising of the book. WRONG! This book was aweful and if I hadn’t had so much on my plate I would have returned it immediately. NOT worth the $$

This book has instructions for how to prepare every single food. The only thing is that the instructions for boiling all the different foods are the same so why not just say boil? The combinded ingredient recipies are pretty decent but there is not a lot of them.

I mean, this book is about that it claims to be. Put food in blender- blend. Lol. You don’t need this book. The only thing it is remotely nice for is giving you some food combination ideas, but those are easily accessible online. The nutritional info is a little bit nice… but I’m just stretching.

This book has a lot of great recipes but if you’re looking for information on how to feed your baby when and how much, you won’t find it here. Also, the recipes are broken down by age, for example, 6 months and older, which is confusing to me because some of these recipes have ingredients that I know a 6 month old can’t eat yet. It would be better if the recipes where for babies 6-9 months or something like that.

Looked good…..I gave it to my daughter and son who are medical missionaries to Haiti for Christmas and they took it back to use for our granddaughter (the day of the earthquake) At this time, they haven’t even unpacked it but I’m sure they’ll love it when they are able to use it.
